Insights from the Architect, our Interior Designers, and our management team bring a collaboration that ensures your project is as smooth as possible and the outcome exceeds expectations. Bringing these experts into the conversation during the Discovery Phase is a prudent decision that will help avoid any pitfalls for the project and allow us to do our best possible work for your vision.

DESIGN
Design Phase
Our Interior Designers specialize in creating spaces that are beautiful and fully functional for your unique lifestyle. Their professional education and years of industry experience drive their design decisions and how spacial design impacts health, safety, and functionality. They have the ability to seamlessly translate those deliberate design decisions into floor plans, renderings, and material selections that move your project smoothly forward to completion in the best way possible. Gruver Cooley provides a full range of design services including consultation, schematic design, design development, and construction documents.

Build
Development Phase
Gruver Cooley works closely with each client during the construction phase, as this is the grand finale to our process. To do so, a selected superintendent is assigned to each project and is on-site daily to manage the construction process and timeline.
The superintendent oversees subcontractors' and vendors' work to ensure all aspects meet the Gruver Cooley standards of quality. Additionally, this on-site presence empowers clients to immediately discuss any questions that arise and quickly resolve them. Through weekly meetings, the entire Gruver Cooley management team is kept apprised of each project's progress.
POST-CONSTRUCTION
Diligence
A Gruver Cooley home guarantees lasting value and quality.
In addition to completing a thorough post-construction punch list, we provide a Gruver Cooley Guarantee (one-year comprehensive service warranty) along with manufacturer or vendor warranties. And each client receives the Gruver Cooley promise: if any concerns arise after your project is completed, be it six weeks, six months, or six years later, we will respond.
